Here are some home remedies to lose weight
If you want to lose weight, then do adopt a short fruit juice diet for at least a week. Have 4-5 glasses of juice in a day. Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and orange juice are very healthy and very beneficial too.
Hone and lime juice is a good combination to lose extra pounds. A teaspoon of honey and juice of a half lime mixed in lukewarm water should be taken 3-4 times a day. Having lime juice and honey taken empty stomach early morning is very beneficial. It pangs out loss of energy and suppress hunger too.
A limited lemon diet is equivalently great for weight loss problem. One should consume only water for one. On the second day you should have three lemon’s juice along with the same amount of water. Increase the number of lemons each day, till you reach a count of 10 lemons.
Then start reducing the number of lemons one per day till you again reach a count of three. One tends to feel really hungry at the early stage of the diet but one gets used to as time goes by.
Finger millet is also seen as a perfect diet for weight loss. As these millets are hard to digest they curb hunger for a longer time. Millets provide lots of vitamins and minerals, which have immense nutritional benefits.
Tomatoes are another great way to reduce weight; and they are easily available at your home. One should consume at least 2 ripe tomatoes in the morning (empty stomach) for at least two months. Ripe tomatoes are great for nutrition and they don’t have any negative impact on your health.
Cabbage is another great way to control weight. Cabbage contains an acid called Tartaric which doesn’t let sugar and carbs turn into fat.
