Healthy Diet To Lose 20 Pounds In Just One Month

If you want to lose at least 20 pounds in just a month then this seven day meal plan is apt for you. It’s not a fad or crash diet; in fact it’s a healthy diet which will help you to lose weight naturally.

The only thing you need to take care that you have follow this diet religiously for one month and you will be amazed by the end result.

Day 1:

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have two spoon of oat flake with one cup of skim milk. Apart from this you can have a glass of fresh homemade orange juice.

Lunch: For lunch you can have an apple, raw fresh vegetable salad with lime juice and two small pieces (approximately 100 grams) of grilled fish.

Dinner: In Dinner you are allow to have 200 grams of cauliflower and 100 grams of rice, preferable brown rice, with beans.

If you want to have snacks in between meals then have log fat yogurt.

Day 2:

Breakfast: Have a slice of brown or whole wheat breed with low fat cheese and a glass of tomato juice.

Lunch: In lunch you can have an orange, a bun, raw fresh vegetable salad with lime juice and 100 grams of grilled fish.

Dinner: Have a baked potato, 100 grams of lean meat, preferably chicken breast, cucumber salad and yogurt.

You can have yogurt in between meals.

Day 3:

Breakfast: Have grilled chicken with one slice of whole grain bread and a glass of skim milk.

Lunch: In lunch you can have raw fresh vegetable salad with lime juice and 100 gram of turkey or chicken meat.

Dinner: Have tomato salad and 100 grams of boiled brown rice.

Day 4:

Breakfast: Have a toast, a glass of grapefruit juice and one boiled egg.

Lunch: Have spaghetti with sauce.

Dinner: Have tomato salad, 100 gram of grilled fish and a boiled potato.

For snacks you can have yogurts.

Day 5:

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have two spoon of oat flake with one cup of skim milk. Apart from this you can have a glass of fresh homemade orange juice.

Dinner: Have a banana, raw salad and boiled meat.

For snacks you can have a glass of chocolate milk.

Day 6:

Breakfast: Have a bun and low fat yogurt.

Lunch: Have cucumber and tomato salad, and 100 grams of lean meat.

Dinner: Have grilled fish, one grape fruit and vegetable salad.

For snacks you can have grapefruits.

Day 7:

Breakfast: Have a toast, a boiled egg and half pineapple.

Lunch: raw salad with low fat cheese.

Dinner: have a grapefruit, 100 gram of turkey or chicken meat and a boiled potato.

For snacks have a cup of hot chocolate mil and a bag of popcorn.

You just need to keep rotating this diet till one month and by the end of the month you will surely lose 20 pounds. Many people who have undertaken this diet has reported that they have lost up to 20 pounds in just a month.
