We must have heard or must be aware that green is an excellent antioxidant, which protect our body from several diseases whilst prevent radical damage. Recently, many research found that green tea also helps in weight loss.

Green tea has been highly considered for its ability to aid in weight loss that it has been included in many popular weight loss supplements.

Select a reputed and trusted brand of green tea at a natural grocer or at any health food store, and have several cups of green tea regularly. Have at least 4-5 cups of green tea. If possible, don’t add sugar or milk in green tea. You can as well have a green tea extract in the form of a diet supplement.

Green tea has medicinal powers, it contains more nutritional benefits as in green tea; tea leaves are boiled and not fermented (as in case of black tea).

How much Green Tea should one have?

Generally 2-3 cups of green tea is suffice to provide medicinal benefits to an individual. If your target is weight loss, you need to have 5-8 cups of the liquid. Though no research has proved how many cups exactly would do well. If you can’t have it in tea form, you can try having it as supplements, which should be of high quality.
