It is true that mother’s staying at home have to take care of their health as does working women. Women who stay at home feel guilty when they take out time for workout, as they think they are only meant to do house work and can’t take out anytime to workout.

They should realize that exercise and workout would help them improve their body and self-image, making them more confident and stress free. The workout acts as an energy and ego booster, it would help them build strong family relationships and make you happier.

You can make many excuses to keep away from exercises. You should try to read on and the points mentioned below will give you the much needed boost to try and keep fit. These tips would help you incorporate workout in your life easily.

Early to bed, early to rise: If you wake up early in the morning you can fit a biking or swimming session as your kids and partner still sleep. You can enjoy a peaceful session and start your day on a healthy and energetic note.

Invest in DVDs: Most houses will have a DVD player and you would have some time in a day when your kids take a nap or are busy at school, utilise this time better. You can buy some yoga and cardiovascular workout DVDs and you can become fit in the comfort and privacy of your house.

Become a part of a group: Working out alone can be very monotonous; you don’t need to go out of your house, join an online group for walking, running, motivation etc. Meet friends over weekends and take long walks.

Free babysitting should be your key: You can opt for child care or creche services in your local fitness club and gym. If you try YMCAs, you would notice that they offer free child care service for 2 hours. You can also request your neighbor or friends to babysit and you can do the same for them.

Do your errands and walk around: You should try and walk as much as you can, don’t drive your kids to school or day care, you can walk and make your kids also healthy, along with you. These rounds will be an excellent example for your kids to learn from.
