Much of the Asian health trend care connected to Chinese and Japanese lifestyle and dieting choice. Asians are smart when it comes to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Here are some awesome tips from Asian countries that you can incorporate in your day-to-day living to be healthy, fit and slim.

Drinking Tea

It has been observed that Asian have habit of drinking tea before and after every meals. This helps a lot in maintaining their weight. Many nutritionists from across the globe have studied the effects of tea on weight and it has been found that having tea before and after meals actually have positive effects on weight loss. The basis of the study was based on premises that cold water if taken after meals solidifies that fat substance which in turn leads to acid reflux, indigestion and even some heart diseases. Cold drinks are not bad for our health but have some negative effects in our body if taken soon after meal. On the other hand, if you will have tea just after meal then it will help in cutting fat, improves digestion and keep you fit and healthy.

Eating Seafood

Asian people just love to have seafood. Seafood such as sashimi, sushi, etc. have special place in their meal. Japanese, Chinese are known for their love of seafood. Japanese are one step further; they eat more seafood as compared to any other culture. Fish are easy to digest and contain fewer calories as compared to other meats. Moreover, it is rich source of Omega 3 Fatty acid that helps a lot in losing weight.

Tofu and Soy Products

It’s a proven fact that soy and tofu helps in losing extra pound. Soy and tofu are rich source of plant protein that helps a lot in suppressing hunger and is much better than animal protein. Tofu also helps a lot in reducing cholesterol level and several heart diseases. Chinese and Japanese eat ample amount of tofu and soy in their meal. This is one of the reasons why they are physically fit and slim.
