A good workout plan for women starts with stretching, a few light exercises and then stationary bicycle or the motorized treadmill to workout for 50-60 minutes. With the help of anaerobic exercise your body will first burn sugar and then you can easily burn the stored fat by doing aerobic exercises.

You have to compliment your diet with a workout program. Try working out at least thrice a day for at least one hour each time.
