Get Rid of Stomach Fat – Anaerobic Exercise

Many of us think that  if we have to lose weight from one particular part of the body, say from tummy, thighs, arms, then we need focus and exercise in such a way that we lose weight from that particular area. Suppose, we want to lose fat from stomach, then we will be focused on doing sit-ups so as to reduce tummy fat.

Sit-ups will only make your stomach more stronger, and you may develop six-packs abs hidden behind layers of fat, but what good is that?

Just doing 5 sets of 200 sit-ups in day is not a sure way to do away with stomach fat. It might help you to lose fat but it will be from all parts of the body and not only from stomach.

So what kind of anaerobic exercise should you do?

Well, any type of high intensity exercise over a short-period of time will help in losing extra fat and extra pounds from flabby tummy. You can undertake weight training or sprinting while your daily swim laps or daily jog. Don’t get scared by the idea of weight training. You will not have to get a membership of gym and don’t even have to buy that expensive equipment. You can undertake complete weight training at your home with a help of couples of dumbbells, that’s it. Yes! You just need a couple of dumbbells, isn’t it exciting now.

Circuit training session is especially useful to burn extra fat as this form of exercise combine both strength training as well as endurance into a single session; it is very targeted. This training is very effective in for stronger muscles; this means you will be less prone to damaging your body. This form of training is not used when you want to develop muscle mass, one should remember to be healthy you don’t necessarily need to have huge muscles but focus on an abdomen area where fat doesn’t accumulate.

Always keep in mind that you have to keep a day for rest amidst the anaerobic exercise you wish to pick up. It’s extremely essential that you provide some kind of rest to your muscles; if you avoid doing this you can invite injury. Make sure you stretch enough at least for 5-10 minutes before starting any exercise. This is a part that many of us tend to neglect, though we know that if we don’t stretch we can have a problem in our life.

By using anaerobic exercise in your daily routine you will turn the body in a machine that burns fat. This exercise is the key if you want to avoid of stomach fat in the long run.
