Get Nice Toned Arms
If you manage to get toned and nicely sculpted arms you can’t ask for more, men find women with nice toned arms really sexy. The routine mentioned below will help you lose arm flab, but you should actually do these workouts couple of times a week.
Once you receive the desired result don’t give up these exercises. You would need arm weights and an exercise mat.
Biceps Curl: This helps in toning the front portion of your arms. You need to stand keeping both your arms by your side your palms should face forward, hold light weight in both your arms. You should bend the right arm around the elbow as you squeeze on the top for couple of seconds before releasing, as you lower and return to the actual position. Repeat this 10-15 times.
2nd Biceps Curl: Stand as in the first exercise but keep your arms by your side as you hold light weight in both hands. Bring your right arm up from your elbow and hold it for a second. Here the palms should face on the side. Lower to the start position and repeat on both sides for 10-15 times.
Triceps Presses: This works great from your of the arm, stand as you keep your weight in the right hand, place your other hand on the thigh for support & balance. The palm of weight holding hand should face inwards. Now you need to push weight back, make sure you keep your hand close to your body. Repeat the same on both side 10-15 times.
Triceps Dips: This works wonders on the shoulder and back of your arms. Sit on the ground, bend your knees and keep your feet levelled and flat on floor. Extend and stretch your arms back, place your palm on the ground a little behind your hips. Gently push your palms on the floor as you push your hips up from the ground to some inches with your triceps muscle in your arms. Keep the position for four-five counts before releasing. Repeat this 10-15 times.
