And in fruits apples, oranges, pears, melons, blackberries are some of the many fruits that can be used.
This diet is highly nutritious and extremely good for health. Taking this along with a balanced diet chart can ensure a person to not just lose weight successfully but also help in developing a very healthy and fit body.
