Fruit Diet
It is a well known fact that most fruits and vegetables help you burn fat and loose weight. If you incorporate them in your daily food consumed, the effects on your weight would be very evident. Two such fruits are Watermelon and Apples.
The diets mentioned below though will only have a temporary effect on weight loss, but if you maintain a healthy diet and exercise program post following these diets you will be happier with your weight and overall health.
Watermelon Diet
Lots of women wish to shed extra pounds without hard painful exercise or exhausting diet. If you are one amongst them then watermelon diet is one for you. You can actually lose couple of pounds just by eating watermelon once or twice a week. Either you can have half of mid-sized watermelon or you can have 3-5 glasses of watermelon a day. You just need to eat watermelon when you are in watermelon diet and nothing else except warm water.
Watermelon is low-fat, low-calorie fruit, but it is rich source for microelements and vitamins. It helps kidneys to function properly, good for blood and liver and helps bile excreting parts. Watermelons is also an excellent agent for skin, watermelon diet can make your skin look and feel healthy too. However, before undertaking watermelon diet one should consult with doctor, as this diet has a few restrictions.
Three day apple diet
Many weight loss experts believe that apple diet is apt for distillation of all weight loss and organism. Apples contain majority of minerals and vitamins that our body needs, including sugar, folic acid and pectin. Many dietitians and physicians recommend having 2-4 fasting apples days in a week. One of the most famous apple-diet is three days apple-diet. Apples’ food value is approximately 35-45 kilo calories/ 100 gram.
Diet for the first day
On the first day eat apples and only apples for the whole day, but make sure that you don’t consume more than 2 kgs (approximately 6-8 pieces). It can be apple sauce; baked apples stewed apples, and grated apples. If possible avoid beverages such as tea, coffee, or soda based drinks. Instead of this you can try apple cock tail made from fresh apple juice, lemon juice and mineral soda water.
Diet for the rest two days
Like first day, you can have 200-250 grams of no-fat curd. When it comes to drinking, you have 2 options. First is have more of herb infusion and less or no water. Second option is you can go ahead without drinking, as apples are rich in liquid.
