Almonds: Those who eat around 3 ounce of almonds daily managed to reduce their weight and their BMI, this fact has been supported by various studies. Almond which is high in an acid called alpha-linolenic, tends to speedup metabolism.

Berries are full of Vitamin C. You can choose to eat strawberries, raspberries, blue berries etc. and you can burn around 30 percent more fat while working out. You can take a cup of berries (mixed) and mix it with ¼ cup of vinegar. This concoction will help you lose more fat and you would become healthy and fit.

Cinnamon is an excellent way to get rid of those inches. You can just try sprinkling ¼ teaspoon of this magic spice on your food. This helps you get rid of insulin hike which you get after a meal, which is an indication to your system that it should start storing fat. You can add cinnamon to your oats, yogurt and even coffee.

Mustard: The turmeric in mustard tends to slow down rise of fat tissue. You should start switching you mayonnaise with mustard to get benefit.

Oranges: This amazing citrus fruit helps you stop pulling weight. It has flavones which help you burn down fat. Research reveals that women who eat flavones put on less amount of fat. You can eat these fruits in place of your snacks or drink fresh all fruit juice.

Soybeans: These are high in choline which stops the absorption of fat and also break down fat deposits.

Sweet Potato: Sweet potatoes are extremely high in fibre content, this helps in no major insulin bounds and in this way lesser fat is packed on your hips. You can bake one of these vegetables; put a dollop of low fat cheese or yogurt on the baked sweet potato.

Swiss cheese: This is extremely rich in calcium which helps in reducing enzymes which produce fat; and helps in increasing fat breakdown. Swiss cheese is even higher in calcium than other variety of cheese. You can spread some of this on a slice for lunch, or put it on some crackers for snack.
