Fats That Can Help You Slim
How will you react if I will say that to loose weight add some fats to your diet. Yes! Add some fats to your diet. Now leave behind simple vegetables and dry toast. Include these fats and you may get the body you desire.
Coconut oil: Majority of vegetable oils such as olive and cereal oils, contain fatty acids that circulate in our body, and nourish ever hungry fat cells. Coconut oil is rich with fat named MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) that is hardly available in other foods. Our body function is such that it requires extra energy to combat MCT. And every day our body requires burning up additional 40-50 calories.
How to use: Generally coconut oil is mainly used as a replacement for butter for toasts. Avoid adding extra coconut into hot frying pan, because coconut oil tend to loose its quality at high temperature.
Enova: Any conventional fats contain three types of fatty acids, but Enova contains only two types of fatty acids; and that’s the reason why our body perceives it in different way. When being on low-calorie diet people consumed 15% of their daily calories from Enova (3 to 8 teaspoons), they lost 1% of their weight more and almost 3% of body fat cells more than those who ate a similar amount of vegetable oil.
How to use it: Enova’s taste is neutral so it is used for salad flavoring. Enova oil can also be added in baked foods. However, avoid cooking Enova oil in high temperature as it can damage the quality of the oil and flavor may also change in high temperature.
Peanut oil: Many research studies indicated that people who ate peanut oil regularly tend to weigh less as compared to those who avoided it. Apparently, a combination of fat, fiber and protein satiates faster, so we eats less. Even the whole nuts have the similar and equal effect. A recent study indicated that people, who were including peanuts to their diet during nineteen weeks, increased the quantity of burning dormant calories at 11%. You may ask why? Because, fat (unsaturated fat) in peanuts and nut oil generally burned up quickly as compared to other fats.
How to use it: Use peanut spread or you can even spread bread with peanut oil. Consume at least 2 tablespoons of oil daily.
