The only way to burn fat is not only exercising and burning calories, but also eating the right food that helps you burn your body fat.

So, here is a list of some fat burning foods:

Cinnamon

The spice in Cinnamon naturally reduces blood pressure and cholesterol levels; it tends to increase insulin levels and can be good for diabetes. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to whatever you eat on a daily basis. You can add it to your warm or hot cereals, yogurt or marinade; it will also help you keep energetic throughout the day by keeping your metabolism high.

Green Tea

Caffeine tends to raise your heart rate and force your body to use calories faster. You should know that green tea has a substance that tends to raise metabolism, burn belly as well as overall fat; it keeps you energetic and lets you give in more to your exercise. You should look at having 3-4 cups of green tea in a day.

Yogurt

Dairy products have a very bad reputation when it comes to fat, but you should know that yogurt especially probiotic yogurt is good for health. The good bacterium in yogurt does help burn excess fat.

Coffee

Caffeine helps you keep your metabolism high, it also helps you burn down fat faster. Coffee is only recommended up to 1-2 cups a day.

Chilli or Pepper

Chilli and pepper is found in high quantity in sauces or curries from India, Thailand or China. It not only enhances the flavour of your food but also help you fasten your metabolism temporarily.

Fish and Chicken

Meat often gets a bad reputation when it comes to weight loss. Having fish and chicken takes time to digest which would burn extra calories and help raise your metabolism. Hence if you take a few serving of some healthy lean protein like fish, chicken or tofu a day will actually help you raise your metabolism.
