Following that there are more intensive exercises like cycling as it works more towards improving the cardio-vascular system in accordance to weight loss. Cycling uphill will be very healthy because it will work your heart more, in return burning more calories.

Swimming is another great exercise because you are able to use every part of the body. You can do different strokes at different speeds and even walk in the water. All these activities are very effective on helping you lose weight and they are relatively free of cost.
