Exercise to Raise Calorie Burning
Everybody is aware that exercise assists us to lose weight and burn calories in two types.Firstly, it makes muscles of our body do some more work. Secondly, it expands our muscles tissue, which in turn increases the metabolism.
Physical activities lead to instant calories expenditure during workout and it also helps to burn calories when the fitness schedule is complete.
There are basically two types of exercises that can benefit calories expenditure that are Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises.
Aerobic: Aerobic signifies “with oxygen”. Aerobic refers to any physical workout that involves oxygen that needs to be delivered to the muscles, through blood supply and lungs. Aerobic activities such a jogging, walking, jumping rope, rowing, swimming, are maintained for a particular time, instead of short spurt of effort. The Aerobic exercise is also referred as cardio exercise as it helps in strengthens the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
Anaerobic: Anaerobic signifies “without oxygen”. Anaerobic refers to physical routines such as weight lifting that don’t depend on the oxygen level for energy and fuel. It involves short rupture of energy powered by non-oxygen fuel source such as glycogen and triphosphate that is kept in the muscle.
Aerobic exercise is best suited for immediate calorie burning. On the other hand anaerobic exercise is best suited to increase metabolism and raises long-term calories expenditure.
