Exercise Everyone Should Give A Shot
Exercise can at times be very monotonous and boring. Mentioned below are some form of exercise which are high on the fun quotient and don’t compromise as far as your health is concerned as well.
It is suggested that everyone gives these exercises a shot:
1. Belly Dancing: This is a dance form from the Middle East performed by women (and men at times) and contrary to the popular belief it isn’t just meant for your abs. This workout is fun and easy to perform; and is something you would look forward to. It is a great cardiovascular exercise if you raise the intensity level.
2. Cardio Striptease: The first hot sweat session was held in Los Angeles. Now these are being offered by various gyms across the globe. This is an addictive, full body exercise. This is meant to burn fat, develop toned muscles, especially around the abs, buns and thighs.
3. Circus Art: Whenever you have visited a circus don’t you always wish if you could do all those acts done in the ring? If you are getting bogged down by workout boredom, try new circus classes at a circus school. They are becoming extremely popular because of the fun element.
4. Dodge ball: Has dodge ball been your favourite during school days, why not try this awesome sport as your cardio workout? This is again really high on the fun element; you can try crunches, jump squats or push up, etc.
5. Fitness Boot Camps: These workouts aren’t meant for people with faint heart, these are run by ex-military personnel, this could range from anything like running, obstacle course, marching calisthenics, etc. They are meant for the entire body.
6. Nordic Walk: This is also called ski, pole or fitness walking. Research has suggested that trekking pole raises the number of calories burnt by the individual; it won’t even leaves them completely exhausted. This is a form which includes walking on poles (similar to ski poles).
7. Self-Defence Techniques: These may not just be helpful for your health but your life as well. You can choose from different forms available.
8. Tai Chi: This is a Chinese form of martial art which helps you lower your blood pressure as well as preventing falls in elder people.
9. Urban Rebounder: This works out for all age, size and sex. They are done on mini trampolines which are amazing for overall health and losing weight, as well as for arthritis.
10. Yoqua: It is also referred to as water yoga; this provides flexibility and benefits of meditation which are given by yoga. The only different is it is done in a pool.
