Meals per Day: Weight loss experts and physicians recommend dieters to have 5-6 smaller meals in a day. The underlying principle is to have food after very 2-3 hours. Smaller and frequent meals help in curbing hunger and also pump up the metabolic rate. Faster the metabolism, more calories you burn, which eventually leads to faster weight loss. Make sure that that your last meal is about 3 hours before you go to sleep.
