Accept compliments with elan: When you have lost weight drastically, compliments are bound to come in fact flow your way. You would be flooded with compliments, don’t ignore them, don’t think people are just being sweet. You should accept these compliments and blush when they come your way. This would make you more confident; you would feel great about yourself and would love to lose more weight.
Do not be hesitant about the actual weight loss: You should be proud of losing so many pounds, people won’t laugh at you but they would take you as an example.
Stick to your diet and workout: It is difficult to lose weight but it is extremely tough to stick to your weight. All you need to do is stick to your diet and exercise to stop the pounds getting right back on your body.
