High on Sugar: If you need quick energy boost give up your chocolate bar or ice-cream scoop, try having fruit (dried or fresh) this will give you natural form of sugar and provide the lift related to sugar.

Grocery:Don’t shop when you are famished or hungry go shop for grocery when you have had lunch. Make a list of things you want and once you aren’t hungry you would avoid temptation.

Portion Check: Reduce your portion size slowly; you don’t need to make drastic changes. This small change is bond to make a huge difference in your health.

Add spice to your life: Add spice specially chilly in your food, this would give boost to your metabolism and help you lose some extra calories.

Steamed Food: Try having steamed vegetables instead of boiling them. This would not only reduce the time required for cooking but also provide your body with essential nutrients to your body.

Bulk Cooking: Prepare lunch and dinner together so that you avoid going to the kitchen twice for cooking. This means you only need to heat food during your second meal and this would give you extra time to exercise.

Readymade Food: You might fall in the trap of ready made and take away food but before you take a bite be aware that these ready to eat temptations are very unhealthy and high on calories and fat.

Plan Ahead:Make sure you plan what you want to eat for the entire day, and try to prepare them in advance so that you don’t get into unhealthy eating.
