Begin your day with healthy things such as lemon Juice and exercises. Get a lemon, slash it and put the lime juice in a glass of like warm water and have it at least once in a day.

Many health trainers and physicians are recommending lemon detox diet as a possible and healthy way to clean the body.

Lemon detox diet is a mixture of lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. Minerals and Vitamins that are included as a composite of these products build the digestive system to carry out the function in a much
better way.

Cayenne pepper facilitates to break up and loose mucus in the body. It performs as a cleanser for the circulatory, digestive and respiratory system. However, many people doesn’t link the taste of cayenne pepper or maple syrup, in that case you can go ahead without the. The important ingredient is lemon juice and rest are less or not that important.

Usually by 20-30 years our body has collected toxins over years. It weakens the work of our digestive system. The digestive system fails to take nutritious and this leads to gain in weight. The results are: troubled skin, exhaustion, performance impairment, obesity and some time it also leads to colon cancer.

Scientifically it has been proved that lemon juice dissolved in water helps in eliminating the toxins from our body. Lemon juice and water can help us in achieving drastic changes in our body and do away with problems such as acne, constipation, indigestion, skin problems and bloating. Now many spas and beauty clinics use lemon juice to make get the skin glow back.

Try to drinking lemon based tea in the morning, at office, after lunch, evening, night. Try having it at least five cup of lemon tea in a day. However, lemon juice may also cause hypersensitivity reactions, so be prudent and reasonable with the intake of lemon juice.

Be careful, begin with low doses once a day and gradually expand juice concentration every 3-4 days. If lemon juice is not of much help in loosing weight, don’t stop drinking it. It is a powerful drink and has many benefits.

In one way or other it will help you and will keep you healthy.  Having lemon juice in the morning will keep you awake and active through out the day.
