Diet for Summer

This summer if you are planning to lose that extra weight then this is a perfect article for you. Go ahead and read on. A proper diet, keeping in mind your body requirement and the weather condition, can help you to reduce your stored body fat. Here is a diet which is specially meant for the hot summery days.

Don’t get me wrong, unlike other diet this will be very tasty and effective diet for a whole week. Summer time and you can choose wide variety of fruits and vegetable. Prepare those fruits and vegetable, the way you like it and keep eating the same for the whole day.

Eat as much as you want, fruits and vegetable will only help you to shed extra pounds and not the other way round. Have your choice of fruit and vegetable for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner, between meals, any time and every time.

Diet plan tips for seven days:

Monday: Let us keeps the first day of the week as vegetable day. Select one vegetable that you like to eat.  For instance, you have selected cucumbers. Eat as much cucumber as you can. Have it in you breakfast, supper, dinner, etc. You can have even 8-10 pounds during a day. Only thing apart from cucumber you may need is fluid for your organism. Drink plenty of water and avoid other beverages such as tea, coffee, sugar based drinks, carbonated drinks.

Tuesday: Let’s make Tuesday as a fruit day. Opt for pears, oranges or apples, and divide them accordingly for 4-6 food intakes. Have the main part of fruit for supper and dinner. Along with fruits you can also have a glass or two or low-fat yogurt or kefir.

Wednesday: On Wednesday you should eat berries. You can choose fresh strawberry, gooseberry or plum. Have berries at least 3-4 times in a day and drink lots of boiled or mineral water. Avoid coffee, tea, and sugar based drinks.

Thursday: On Thursday have sour dairy products. You can select clotted milk (sour), yogurt or kefir. Have these things throughout the day. If you feel hungry, have some low-fat curd with sugar. The best way to close the day would be to have a glass of kefir at night.

Friday: Friday is again a vegetables day. You can have boiled potatoes, tomatoes, pumpkin or cabbage. Like Monday, have as much as vegetable as you can in your breakfast, dinner, etc. Don’t forget to have minimum 5-6 glasses of mineral or boiled water too.

Saturday: Devote Saturday to different variety of berries, for example, peaches, cherries or apricots. Have ample amount of water through out the day and close the day with a glass of kefir at night.

Sunday: Sunday try to have only and only fruit juice – orange, apple or grape through out the day and nothing more. Once you have completed your diet you will see change in yourself, a slimmer and healthier you.
