Diet For A Flat Stomach
Your dream date is just round the corner and you can’t afford the flab on your abs if you want to wear your favourite dress. You hit the gym and 100-150 crunches.

If your diet is rich in fibre you would avoid your stomach from bloating; if you have antioxidants it will give your body more energy to exercise. A protein rich diet will help raise your metabolism and keep calories at bay.

Almonds : Did you know that almonds can actually obstruct calories? Energy released by almonds is immediately used by your body and it doesn’t get converted into fat. Almonds have high degree of Vitamin E (it helps in reducing stretch marks if any on your stomach). Almonds also contain magnesium, they help your body build and maintain muscle tissues. Try and consume 4-5 almonds before exercise each day.
Soya : Soya is a great source of protein, fibre and antioxidant. You can have it in different form like milk, bread and rice. The energy in soya keeps you going for long.
Eggs: Eggs are a rich source of protein, they are filling and don’t let you overeat as your stomach gets full soon. Eggs should ideally be eaten for breakfast, as they will keep you energetic and keep you full for long. Try having boiled eggs and avoid fried eggs for obvious reasons.
Apples: Apples are a great snack; water and fibre content in apples makes it extremely filling. Apples help you fight cancer, lower your cholesterol level and keep your lungs going. Apples provide negative calories as you burn more calories in digesting apples than the number of calories you consume
Yogurt : The probiotic element in yogurt aids digestion. It helps you deal with gas, constipation and bloating of stomach. Keeping your stomach healthy and flat. Have low fat sugar free yogurt to get the best results.
