It is extremely funny that though we know that the events are approaching from long before but our weight loss efforts start only a couple of weeks before the actual event, and this might lead to pre-event desperation.
One of the most common method people resort to while trying to lose weight is taking up starvation diet along with pills that contain diuretics. These tablets make your body dehydrated, as these force your body to lose weight. These pills might help you lose some initial weight, but if you consume them for more than a week, it can damage your kidney, lead to constipation and lessen metabolism. When you have water after the consumption of these pills it might help you gain back to lost weight or even make you more bulky.
Some people after they have lost the desired amount of weight, tend to binge on food and once they are through with their meal they start feeling depressed. Here they resort to forcibly throwing up after having food.
