Dance Aerobics
Dance aerobics/studio is a musical video game; it uses a dance mat and a power pad (floor mat game); this is the first dance exercise game which was developed in 1987.
It has three difference modes; first being the normal mode which includes 4 different aerobic session for the player. The player puts his foot on the appropriate place on the power pad as everyone follows the instructor. In the advanced level, you need to use your hands as well. The game advances slowly as you move up the ladder.
The next mode is the Pad antic mode which includes 3 games. Here the person following the aerobic can customize their own free style tones. In this mode only two centre buttons are used. The final mode which has 4 sessions is the aerobic mode. This has 4 songs from the 1st mode; you won’t progress in aerobic mode like it happens in the previous session.
