Daily Aerobics

If your aim is to lose calories and fat faster you must add a little aerobics in your exercise regime. If you hate the idea of sweating it out in the group class think again. Aerobics have come a long way and now they aren’t restricted to the normal group routine.

Aerobics can be incorporated in the daily activities you do like walking or gardening. Research says aerobics or cardio are very effective for your abdominal fat, which is great news. The benefits go much beyond that. Aerobics help burn calories which would keep you away from heart disease, diabetes, stroke, depression, some cancer and even Alzheimer’s.

Take a Pick:

The integral part of an aerobic workout is doing what you like doing, if it is something you hate you would sure become bored soon. Variety is the best way to keep boredom away. You can combine different forms of exercise, outdoor and indoor workouts, cardio and strength training, high and medium intensity, the choices are varied. In group activities, instead of taking tea together, opt for nature walks, swimming, golf, tennis etc.

Remain Motivated and Safe:

If you do what you like then you are sure to keep motivation high, make sure you have the basics right and avoid all sorts of injuries. A warm-up is essential before a workout to keep injuries at bay. As you increase the level of workout your body temperature rises. This helps in burning calories more efficiently. Warm-up also increases the blood flow and boosts metabolism. This would make you less prone to fatigue or tiredness.

Dress Right:

Here give utmost importance to your footwear. Buy branded footwear from and make sure you choose the right style and size, take expert advice before investing. A good sports bra is essential for women, which would keep bouncing away. You should buy something that is light as far as the fabric is concerned. Your clothes should be comfortable, and something that lets you breathe. Make sure to dress up in layers.

Add Music:

Avoid wearing headphones when exercising outdoors. If you are working out on a treadmill or bike music will give your workout an extra boost. Studies show that if you listen to fast paced music during exercise, your workout turns better.

Make your own group:

Ask your family and friends to join in. When you have the support of your family and friends you stick better to your workout regime. Your workouts turn successful when you exercise with family and friends.

Move without pain:

Workouts can be challenging, taxing but never painful. A good session makes you feel like a winner who has achieved something, it should not make you feel completely exhausted. If there is any pain in your muscles or joints, you should stop right away. Consult an expert before you resume your workout.

Move extra to lose extra

It is all about calories the more calories you burn or eat less from what you have consumed, the more effective your weight loss will be.
