Cross training can be done in basically 2 different ways:
Multiple activities cross training:
This combines 2 or more exercise like weight lifting before your morning jogging session in one session.
Alternate days cross training:
The second approach is to alternate 2 or more kind of exercise in a week. Like you lift your weights on a Monday and a Wednesday, go jogging on a Tuesday, Thursday and aerobics on a Saturday.
You only need to pick up your favorites and incorporate them in your cross training regime.
