Our body need calories for energy. If you will not have sufficient amount of calories that you body needs, then your body will start accumulating fat and will burn muscles for energy. Eliminating Fat from Diet:

Our body actually need fat. Not only we need it for our health, but fat actually signals our brain that we are full. This helps us in avoiding overeating. However not at fat are good, try to avoid trans fat and instead have saturated fat that comes from animal meat, butter, chicken skin, cheese, whole milk, etc.

Stress:

It’s very important to control your stress in order to lose weight. When we are under stress then our body produce a special hormone named cortisol. This hormone accumulates fat in our body and also slows down the metabolic rate. Cortisol is also responsible for craving for high fat food. More stress you are more weight you are likely to put on.
