What also happens is that our body begins to adjust with the change that is taking place inside due to the cold water and starts to burn more and more calories.
Therefore, if a person is interested in losing weight in absolutely no time than this is the easiest method that one can use because by merely drinking just cold water for two weeks a person can remove most of the unwanted calories from their body. Now, sometimes only drinking cold water for a prolonged period can be really boring. And this can also affect the motivation of a person who is trying to lose weight based on the cold diet method. To remove boredom one can drink cold lemon juice instead of cold water.

Drinking so much of cold water also suggests that one will have to use the bathroom quite frequently. By running to the toilet back and forth one will lose a lot of weight.
The cold water diet can also be combined with healthy food like fresh fruits and vegetables. Merely living on a diet of cold water may make the person suffer from fatigue. To avoid this, it is advised that the person take some healthy and less calorie less food that provides them with the much needed energy.
