How does Chunky Diet work?

You need to decide what percentage of fat and weight loss do you want and reduce the food intake accordingly. You don’t need to involve in difficult calculations, if you want to lose 20% of body weight; divide the food you eat in 10 chunks and eat 8 chunks out of the 10 chunks on your platter. Each chunk represents 10% of your body weight. If you weight around 150 pounds and want to lose 60 pounds, each chunk represents around 15 pounds of your weight, and you need to eat 6 chunks of food. Nothing can be easier than this one, breaking the amount of food you eat into 10 chunks is very easy.

Handy Hint: Dispose of the chunks you don’t need to eat, so that you don’t eat it later.

You need to re-calculate the weight a chunk is made up of, as when you are 150 pounds your chunk would signify 15 pounds and when you lose 15 pounds, your chunk would be worth 13.5 pounds. You should remember that a quick result diet isn’t as effective as a real one which is long lasting, as your system gets the energy and time to adopt to your new body. This would be good for your overall health, retention of muscle retention, lessening of stretch marks and avoiding hunger pangs.
