Child Obesity & How To Deal With It

Child obesity is a problem that is growing at an alarming rate all over the globe. The problem is more severe in Europe and America. The prime reasons for child obesity is wrong eating habits and lack of physical and outdoor activities. Parents tend to neglect both the aspects in a growing child and by the time they realise, the situation has usually gone beyond their control.
