Checklist for Weight Loss
These days weight loss has become such a huge issue than gimmicks surrounding weight loss have become a multimillion business. You can get details in meetings, online, books, counselors; the options are immense.
You might have read and heard a lot of these tips and advices on weight loss and sudden shedding of pounds. Best way to lose weight is by doing what best works for you and find your own problems and ways to solve it. Whatever happens or not, you would sure learn the right and wrong way to lose weight with trial and error.
Mentioned below is a checklist which I have discovered after trying successfully and unsuccessfully to lose weight.
Make notes and jot everything down: Make sure you maintain a diary or a note pad of what you eat and about your workout. If you are aware of how much you eat and how less you exercise, you would eventually start feeling guilty and this guilt would help you lose weight.
Keep hunger away with healthy snacks: Your daily snacks should include 1 if not two fruits and veggies for both your snacks daily. You should have 5-7 portions of fruits and veggies in a day.
Cut down 500 calories from your daily diet: It sounds really difficult, but 500 calories of high calorie food can be compensated with low calories healthy food daily. You would be less tempted to take up an unhealthy snack.
Take up a hobby: If you would keep your hands occupied like painting, writing, reading, etc. you would keep your mind busy and you wouldn’t think about eating when it isn’t time.
You won’t be too busy to take out 30 minutes daily to move, take a walk, swim, and dance, do anything that you enjoy and wouldn’t regret doing.
Weight loss and diet are essentials you need for living a healthy and good life. If you have an excellent mental approach for healthy eating you can use this attitude for complete healthy living.
