Cabbage Soup Diet

Advantages: Cabbage soup diet will help you to lose weight fast. Although the cabbage soup diet is for short-term say for 7-10 days (and make sure that you shouldn’t be stick to this diet for longer duration), it provides a great “kick-start” for a more moderate diet.
Disadvantage: Many people find cabbage soup bland and tasteless. Even many people have also reported feeling weak, light-headed and decreased concentration. Need to keep these points in mind before undertaking cabbage soup diet. However, this diet plan is for short duration i.e. 7-10 days, one take diet plan to witness considerable weight loss.
Try having as much cabbage soup for 7-10 days this will help you lose12 to 15 pound. The cabbage soup recipe includes low calories vegetable like onions, tomatoes and cabbage flavoured with tomato juice, onion juice, and bouillon.
For every day in the seven days program one must eat exact food that should include fruit juice, potato, vegetables, and beef on any one day.
On Day 1:
Eat only fruits except banana on the first day. You can consume sugar less tea, coffee (black), cranberry juices along with enough water. Eat as much Cabbage soup as possible.
Day 2:
You can have raw fresh and cooked veggies except bean, sweet corns and peas. For dinner you can have a large potato which is baked with a tsp of butter. Have soup but no fruits.
Day 3:
You can have anything you did on day 1 & 2, don’t have the potato.
Day 4:
Drink skimmed milk, consume not more than 8 bananas, and keep the soup as a part of your diet.
Day 5:
You should have as much as 10-12 ounce of beef or broiled/baked chicken (skinless); for vegetarians you can have as much as six tomatoes. Drink 6-8 glass of water, have soup once today.
Day 6:
Today you can have beef, vegetables, and steaks with baked vegetables. Have soup at least once, but no baked potato.
Day 7:
You can have brown rice, juice without added sugar, and veggies. Don’t have bread, hard drinks or aerated beverages (no diet soda also). Don’t forget your soup.
