Negatives of the cabbage soup diet plan
The biggest drawback of the cabbage soup diet is that it does not provide people much with any other nutrients. It is also not possible for a person to live on a diet of cabbage soup for a long period. The cabbage soup diet is usually recommended for temporary weight loss. For long term weight loss cabbage soup may not provide people with satisfactory results.
