There are more than 1 excuses that we have to avoid breakfast, mentioned below are a few common ones:

Excuse: “I might as well sleep a little more than having breakfast”
Bust it: Get off your bed and don’t hit the snooze button

Most of the people around the globe prefer sleeping for some more time than preparing breakfast early in the morning. If you aren’t a morning soul, it will be extremely difficult to you to get out of the bed. You should try and understand that preparing breakfast is more significant than spending 10 more minutes in your bed. If you invest in some good and healthy breakfast you’d be more energetic and ready to face the day with a smile.

Excuse: “With kids around I can’t think of preparing a meal for myself”
Bust it:
Your priority should be breakfast

When you have kids in the house, don’t go for the easier alternative and dump some doughnuts or muffins for their breakfast. Good and healthy meal is very important for the entire family.  Research reveals that kids who have healthy breakfast tend to perform better at school. You can plan the breakfast a night before and schedule your other tasks accordingly.

Excuse: “I tend to feel hungrier the moment I eat breakfast”
Bust It: Make your breakfast rich in protein

The regular breakfast food like cereals, toast, eggs, bagels etc. are high on simple carbohydrates. When you eat simple carbohydrates your blood sugar goes skyrocketing and the food is easily digested, leaving you feel ravenous when your blood sugar levels come down. Make sure you pack your breakfast with protein to stay full. Try peanut butter on whole wheat bread or a whole grain bagel along with some cottage cheese; you can also try yogurt or a nutri bar.
