Blood Type Diet

Eat according to your blood group
Blood Group A:
People who belong to Blood group A are naturally vegetarian. These people should try to eat more and more of vegetables and fruits are they are low in fat and high in fibre and carbohydrate. This is based on idea that A type blood is much thicker than other blood types. They should also avoid from eating meat, animal fat and dairy products.
Blood Group B:
Type B can have both plant and animal products. They should try to have a balance diet combining meat as well as vegetables and fruits.
Blood Group O:
People with blood group O are seen as carnivores. They should make their diets healthy and rich in protein, they should have loads of fruits and veggies along with their favourite red meat and seafood.
Blood Group AB:
These people have weak immune system. The food metabolism in this blood group is higher. These people should start a day with water and a dash a lime, their diet should have tofu, dairy, seafood, vegetables, fruits etc.
Science behind Blood Group Diet
No research has proved the base of blood group diet and it is still highly questionable. The core idea behind the blood group diet is a progression indicator of the type of food our forefathers were used to. Blood group A were farmers who had loads of vegetable products, blood type B consisted of omnivores who had dairy products along with meat and veggies; Type O constituted of the hunters or the gatherers, their diet relied heavily on animal products. There are only some scientific studies which correlate between the food we eat and the blood type.
Claims of the diet
The supporters of this diet state many unfavourable physical reaction which some blood type have on the food people eat. The hypothesis behind this diet needs to be backed with a whole lot of research before the claims can be considered true.
