Binge Control
One of the biggest and worst enemies of your tryst for weight loss is craving that you face, you must have noticed that you get so out of control at times that you can’t keep your hands off food.
At times the pressure is so bad, you know you have to keep yourself off food but you just can’t. When you eat, you even start crying and hate yourself to giving in.
You start hating the way you look and start feeling completely embarrassed of yourself. People who have known you start disapproving of your size and you can’t explain yourself as you, yourself don’t know why you can’t keep yourself off food. You simply don’t know how to handle the current situation and how you control yourself.
You would realise that you might try all written in the magazine, advice from friends etc. but you don’t get much success.
You should actually treat the binge or craving as a monster that you have to deal with, and you have to do it with great determination and will power. The best advice you get is from people who have successfully lost weight.
The first tip that might work for you is you should actually try to lessen the intensity of binging and craving.
Have mini meals in a day and this would keep you less hungry and keep you away from cravings and binging.
You need to deal with cravings in a smart and healthy manner, when craving strike you should have a cold, chilled glass of ice cold water.
The cravings and binging would be only a part of the initial days, you can actually deal with cravings in a better manner once you successfully tackle them in the initial phase of weight loss.
Divert your mind and think about something else when cravings strike, if you constantly think of food and only food you will end up eating more.
Know where to stop yourself, when it comes to food and dieting avoid thinking about food, you should listen to your mind and not your heart.
