Many people try to lose weight but they fail to achieve the set target and all blame is transferred to slow metabolic rate. There are many dieters who face the problem of slow metabolic rate and they also get de-motivated due to their metabolic rate.
There are many ways to boost up the metabolism and achieve the weight loss target quicker.
Have at least 5-6 meals in a day: Train yourself to eat at least 5-6 meals in a day. Having smaller and frequent meals will help in increasing your metabolic rate which will further help you in burning fat faster and losing weight faster. Having frequent meals is one of the best ways to pump up metabolism and attain maximum weight loss.
Don’t skip your breakfast ever: After sleeping for 6-8 hours our body gets deprived of food for that period of time. In these 6-8 hours our body hibernate in to starvation mode and not able to fuel our system which reduces the metabolic rate. Be wise in selecting your breakfast. Just a doughnut and coffee is not enough. Have a bowl of cereal with milk, an apple, or a glass of fresh fruit juice.
Have small amount of protein: Try to have at least 3-4 ounces of lean protein with every meal that you eat during the day. Have lean protein sources like egg whites, fish, chicken breast and lean turkey.
Water, Water and some more Water: Make it a habit to have at least 6-8 glasses of water in day to pump up your metabolism. If drinking water is difficult for you then try to substitute with sugar-less green tea. Many research and studies have concluded that green tea helps in increasing metabolic rate.
Also undertake some type of physical activities, aerobic is a good way to start. Try dong aerobic for thirty minutes thrice in a week.
