If you thought to get the best body that you can show off in your bikini can come by only doing cardiovascular exercise, you are wrong. You require resistance training as you need cardio for getting the dream body.

Add Variety:

You don’t realize but your body is very intelligent. If you follow the same workout program for long your body acclimatises to the same and doesn’t respond the way it used to initially to the workout. Give your body a shock every fortnight. Cross training along with effective cardio will do the trick.

Energy drink is for everyone

If you are feeling that your body needs an extra boost of energy before a workout there is no harm in grabbing an energy drink, but make sure your body doesn’t becomes accustomed to the same.
