You must have been told a million times by many people that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As you can’t drive a car when there is no fuel, you body needs breakfast after a 10-12 hours of fast.

In today’s day and age our schedules have become so erratic and packed that we don’t believe in sitting down and enjoying our breakfast. Many of us tend to skip our breakfast in order to reach work in a hurry.
