Apple Diet Plan
Apple diet is the latest diet fad to hit people looking at effective weight loss plans. Recently scientists have found out that apples are very effective for weight loss.
In fact in one of the recently conducted research it showed that apples help in losing as much as 190 calories. Actually in another experiment conducted participants were fed with apples of different varieties for a period of five weeks and it is believed that they lost a lot of weight.
But the big question here is that till how long can a person simply survive on a diet of apples? Yes it is true that the participants from the research were given some cheese tortellini with tomato sauce for breakfast but how can a person survive with that much food? Apple diet can be very effective if it is combined with other healthy food. Then it is possible for a person to not just lose weight but also remain active and alive.
That is because if a person is merely living on sliced apples or other forms of apples and nothing else then they are not getting enough source of food that would provide their body with energy. It is true that apple is an excellent detoxifier but it is also true that our bodies need the required ingredients like vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates to keep going. If a person continues to be on a diet of apple for more than a week than chances are also there that they would start to suffer from weakness and fatigue.
Carbohydrates, protein, fiber and in fact even fat all is needed by our body for its smooth functioning. We cannot afford to starve like this just to lose weight. Also the weight loss will only be for a temporary period because once the apple diet is over and when the person starts to eat normally then they would again put on weight.
