Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

Apple Cider Vinegar has been discovered ages before and known for its medical properties. Recently Apple cider vinegar has become popular due to its characteristic that helps in weight loss and circulatory health.

Apple cider vinegar is a safe supplement and even children can use it. Best part of this vinegar that there is now side effect of using it. Apple Cider Vinegar is a solution prepared by fermenting apple juice. To make apple cider vinegar, apples are crushed and juice is taken out of it. The fermentation process starts when sugar and yeast are mixed to the juice. A second process engages adding up certain bacteria’s to the juice that helps to form an acetic acid. The pH of apple cider vinegar is very useful for our body.

The vinegar is rich in vitamins, minerals, etc. It has vitamin C, E, A, P, B1, B2 and B6. Apple Cider Vinegar is also good as it has iron, manganese, calcium, magnesium, sodium,  sulpher, phosphorous, copper, silicon, fluorine and chlorine.

Apple Cider Vinegar gives amino acid, enzymes, potash, aldehydes, alcoholic and propionic acid besides apple pectin (dietary fiber essential for a healthy diet). It has more than 90 substances that makes it great health food rich in minerals and vitamins, this vinegar can be a very important part to make your diet healthy and aid weight loss.

Daily use of Apple Cider Vinegar

It is important that you consume 2-3 teaspoons of this vinegar before every meal to successfully undertake this diet. It might be very difficult to take 3 big spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar initially but as you move ahead you will easily be able to consume 3 teaspoons of the vinegar. Beware that you don’t have any more that 3 spoons as it would be a torture to your stomach because apple cider vinegar contains very strong acids which might be harmful if you consume this in excess. Unfortunately there are no pills or tablets available which can become a substitute of Apple Cider Vinegar which would be easy to swallow.

Is this diet actually good for you?

Like many other diets, no research has still proved that the vinegar actually helps you lose weight. Vinegar has been popular as a diet miracle in the dieting circles since it came into being in the 1820s. Even when you undertake this diet make sure you have a healthy diet and undertake regular exercise as no diet would be successful without these important ingredients.
