Anti Diet Weight Loss Approach
There is a new trend which is becoming really popular in the weight loss circle. This doesn’t involve a diet or exercise program; it also doesn’t rely on any diet pills or surgery.
In fact this is not a mere weight loss program but a life changing experience called the Anti Diet Approach. This program encourages you to use a structured, healthy and well planned diet and exercise approach. As the name hints, it isn’t a mere diet or exercise program, but it helps you in focusing on a healthy diet and exercise plan.
It is easy to decide that you would start a diet program. The very next day you buy lots of health stuff and invest in a gym membership, but most diet plans backfire because they are extremely difficult to follow. The Anti Diet approach is not just healthy but also fun to follow, hence people tend to stick to it.
When you diet you have to focus on cutting calories, measuring your portions, and literally starving yourself. These rigidities make many diets fail and leave you depressed. The Anti Diet plan doesn’t lay many restrictions. You have to shop in the veggie, fruits, meat and dairy section when you go grocery shopping. You have to try and prepare your own meals as naturally as possible and avoid take away stuff.
This approach suggests that you shop your fruits and veggies from your local farmer markets. It is nothing but consuming naturally grown seasonal food. Any kind of processed or sugar based food should be avoided as far as possible. If this is sorted you don’t need to worry about measuring everything you eat.
Once your diet is sorted out, you need to tackle with your diet. Here again you don’t need any fancy gym memberships; you need to adopt natural ways of keeping fit. This can mean anything from walking with your dog, playing in the park with your kids. Parking your car at a distance from office or malls etc. Taking stairs instead of the elevators; the options are immense, you just have to be a little creative.
