No Sugar: Having lots of sugar based food leads to fat deposit and which eventually leads to cellulite. Buy foods that are low in sugar or which contain no sugar.

Have vegetables and fruits: Vegetables and fruits helps in cleaning your body. Vegetables and fruits also provide lots of vital nutrients to your body that helps in weight loss. If you will eat ample amount of vegetables and fruits then your body will deposit less fat and will also help in burning fat that are already stored in your body.
