A Super Fast Diet For Quick Weight Loss

Everyone of us desire to lose weight, this may be driven by health reasons or by cosmetic reasons. And many of us try to lose weight but due to lack of motivation, or guts, or time we fail to achieve our weight loss goal.

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have a cup of milk with cereals or you can have two slices of whole wheat bread with low fat butter. Have water or tea if you are thirsty.

Morning snacks: For morning snacks you can have a cup of boiled rice in milk or you can have a banana or you can even try sandwich with butter and cheese.

Lunch: For lunch you can have mashed boiled potato with milk and tuna fish (half a can). You can also have baked potatoes with cottage cheese.

Mid-afternoon snacks: You can have fruits mixed with yogurt or you can try two slices of toast with jam, or you can have rice boiled in milk.

Supper: For supper you can eat 2 boiled potatoes with grilled fish or you can eat lean meat such as grilled chicken breast with 50 grams of peas or steamed carrots. Try to have your supper before 7 pm.

Night snacks: For night snack you can eat a banana, or a glass of low fat milk or a small cup of rice boiled in milk.

Remember, don’t overdo it and follow this diet for longer period i.e.1-2 weeks for better result. By following this diet you will surely lose 5-8 pounds. However, if you wish to lose more weight then follow this diet for 2-3 weeks. You can also consult your weight loss expert or doctor to create a complete weight loss plan for you.

While following this diet you can also do few things to augment the weight loss result. Drink as much water as you can. Water will help in removing toxins from your body and will boost your metabolism. Have fruits such as banana, strawberries and sour cherries to lose weight faster.
