Dinner: For dinner you can have a cup of yogurt and fruit salad

Day 5:

Breakfast: A cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: You can eat lettuce salad with lemon juice and olive oil. You can also have boiled chicken

Dinner: Have a carrot and 2 boiled eggs

Day 6:

Breakfast: You can have a grated carrot for breakfast

Lunch: You can eat raw salad with grilled beef

Dinner: You can have grated carrot with pressed cheese

Day 7:

Breakfast: Have a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: For lunch you can have salad with grilled beef

Dinner: You can have pressed cheese and grated carrot
