A normal diet comprises snacks and meal and this diet allows you to deceive ten per cent of time each with your diet. Suppose on a daily basis you have three major meals and three snacks, so in one day you have 6 feeding in a day. In the same way weekly you have 42 feeding i.e. 7X6. As mentioned earlier, this rule allows you to deceive 10% of your meal, which means that you are allowed to cheat 4 (40X10%) meals in a week and lose weight without any risk.

Remember, you can deceive with a snack or meal or any other combination that suits you the best. But you are only allowed to deceive 4 feedings in a whole week. You are supposed to be reasonable when you are allowed to eat freely. Reasonable eating may differ from person to person, so be prudent after all it’s your health and you have to lose weight.

Don’t get the idea or though that under this diet you are suffering and only allowed to eat food of your choice just few times in a week. Enjoy this diet plan and you will witness the benefits. People who have undertaken this plan gets so motivated that they hardly indulge in unhealthy food even when they have chance to deceive meals.

One thing that you need to take care of is that you need to drink healthy drinks only. You are not allowed to have any type of unhealthy beverages including diet soda and smoothies. Milk is also compete no-no. If you want to drink then drink, green tea, water or protein shake mixed in water and nothing else.
