3-Hour Diet Plan

If you want to diet that include peanut butter and no bad food then the 3-hours diet is apt for you. This diet program was designed and developed by fitness and weight loss expert Jorge Cruise.

The underlying principle of this diet plan is weight loss depends more on when you eat, than on what you eat. Other than portion control, 3-hours diet involves a trinity of timing i.e. to have breakfast within an hour of rising, to eat at an interval of three hours and to stop eating 3 hours before going to bed.

When to eat on the 3-hour-diet

The rationale behind this diet is that dieter is supposed to have the right kind of food after every three hours to promote weight loss. By having food after every three hours, sugar level in blood will be more consistent and metabolism will also increase, which will aid weight loss. This diet claims that a dieter may lose weight as 3-hour diet will stabilizes the blood sugar; appetite remains in control and provides a boost of energy. With the help of this diet many dieters have got rid of stomach fat and also witnessed weight loss of up to ten pound in just couple of weeks.

According to Jorge Cruise, when someone eats at longer interval then the body starts consuming muscles rather than fat. Remember! Weight loss that is driven by muscles loss is not desirable. The 3-hour diet plan put emphasis on weight loss by controlling calories rather than putting restriction on types of food to consume.

The 3-hour diet program requires 3 meals, 2 snacks, and a treat a day. While practising this diet, it’s very important to have first meal i.e. breakfast within an hour of getting up in the morning, and after that eat after every 3 hours for rest of the day.

This diet program calls for having a mix of protein, fat and carbs every 3 hours. Best part of this diet is unlike other conventional diets, this diet doesn’t want the participant to county carbs and calories. This treat also allow you to treat yourself daily but you only need to keep you portion size relatively small. Instead of having a whole chocolate, have a mini bar.

The major difficulty with this plan is it needs eating in every 3-hour gap. Some of us can be lavish enough to stop and eat when they want.  If you have to fix your diet around a career and family this diet would be difficult.
